At Sunlight Bathrooms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fixtures or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all mounting hardware and instructions included to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
